Client Data HandlingAny client documentation submitted for review — including loan files, QC records, or other sensitive materials — is:

• Used solely for the purpose of the engagement you've contracted for.
• Handled with confidentiality consistent with standard practices for financial institution data.
• Retained only as long as necessary to complete the engagement, then securely deleted, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Never shared with third parties without your explicit consent, except where required by law.

Data SecurityWe take reasonable measures to protect information you provide, including limiting access to engagement materials and using secure transmission methods where possible.
