By engaging TCB Compliance Consulting's services or using this website, you agree to the following terms.

ServicesTCB Compliance Consulting provides scored QC and compliance diagnostic reviews ("Health Check") and related advisory services, as described on this site. Scope of each engagement is defined by the tier selected at booking.

PaymentPayment is due in full at booking, prior to the scheduled diagnostic call, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

ReschedulingClients must provide at least 48 hours' notice to reschedule a scheduled call. Rescheduling with less notice may not be accommodated and may be treated as a missed session.

No GuaranteeServices provided are expert advisory/diagnostic work. TCB Compliance Consulting does not guarantee specific outcomes, regulatory results, or exam findings as a result of engagement.

ScopeEngagement scope is limited to what is defined at the time of booking for the selected tier. Work beyond that scope may require a separate agreement or additional fee.

ConfidentialityTCB Compliance Consulting treats all client-submitted documentation as confidential, used solely for the purposes of the engagement, per our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of LiabilityTCB Compliance Consulting's liability for any engagement is limited to the amount paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or regulatory penalties arising from findings or recommendations provided.

Intellectual PropertyFrameworks, scoring methodologies, and materials used in delivering services remain the property of TCB Compliance Consulting. Written deliverables provided to the client are for the client's internal use.

Governing LawThese terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
